Meet Sarah

With more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and event management across various sectors, I joined the team in February 2022.

As Client Experience Manager, I am focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. It’s important to show our clients how much we value their business and to make them feel appreciated, from their first interaction with us to their ongoing journey.

My role at Velocity is two-fold; on the one hand I’m responsible for promoting and enhancing the profile of the business, and on the other hand, I’m passionate about delivering a personalised and high-quality service to our clients – this includes the delivery of annual events, the management of regular communications, and surprise & delight initiatives.

Building solid client relationships is important, so I really enjoy meeting our clients and getting to know them – in fact, I think I’d go so far as to say that it’s my favourite part of my role. Which is why our events programme not only gives us an opportunity to build relationships, but it also allows clients the chance to meet one another too – we’re building a ‘Velocity community’.

Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, so I’m all about sprinkling a bit a joy into their lives; whether that’s surprising them with a seasonal gift or running an event that sees them leaving happier than when they arrived – that’s what it’s all about for me.
