Meet Mitchell

I graduated in Economics from the University of Warwick in 2023 and started my career in financial planning soon after. I now work as a paraplanner, supporting Tony, and working closely with clients to help turn their goals into clear, achievable plans.

I’ve always been a bit of a numbers person. I enjoy digging into the detail and making sense of complex information; but what really drew me to financial planning is the human side of it. It’s not just about spreadsheets or projections; it’s about understanding what matters to people and helping them make decisions that move them closer to where they want to be.

I’m currently studying towards the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, with the aim of achieving Chartered status and becoming a financial planner myself. Along the way, I’ve become really interested in the psychology behind financial decisions; understanding why we make the choices we do and how our mindset influences our financial outcomes.

For me, that mix of numbers, problem-solving, and genuine human connection is what makes this career so rewarding. No two clients are ever the same, and that’s what keeps it interesting every day.
